Huawei has launched its new foldable smartphone Mate X2 in the market. This phone comes with Huawei’s most powerful processor, Leica camera setup and high-refresh rate. The folding design of the phone is different from the Mate Xs launched last year. The Mate X2 comes with two displays. Noch or punch-hole is not found in the phone’s inner display. In the phone, the company has used special liquid metal for the hinge.

The phone has a 6.45 inch OLED external display with 2700×1160 pixel resolution. This display with a 90Hz refresh has been given a pill-shape punch hole, which has two selfie cameras. Talking about the phone’s inner display, if it is unfolded, it becomes 8 inches. The aspect ratio of the display is 90Hz and it comes with 2480×2200 pixel resolution.
Kirin 9000 processor has been given in this phone with 8 GB RAM and up to 512 GB internal storage. For photography, the phone has a 16-megapixel ultra-wide angle with a 50-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel telephoto camera and an 8-megapixel periscope camera. It comes with 10x optical zoom. The phone has 100x digital zoom and 2.5cm super macro mode. The phone has a 16-megapixel front camera for selfie. Users can use the rear camera as a selfie camera when the phone folds.
Huawei has given a 4500mAh battery in this phone, which gives fast charging of 55 watts. Wireless charging support is not available in the phone. The company is shipping this phone with a 65 watt super charger. Talking about OS, this phone works on EMUI 11 based on Android 10 out-of-the-box. The company will update this OS with Harmony OS in April.
