iQOO is about to launch its new smartphone Neo5 on 16 March. It is believed that there may be a rebranded version of the V2055A seen on the Google Play console last month. The Indian variant of this phone was also seen in the Geekbench listing last month. According to both the listings, the Snapdragon 870 chipset will be available as a processor in the Neo5. The company has also confirmed the information given about the processor of this phone in the listing.
Separate chip for better display experience
In China, the company has also started getting Reservations for Neo5. Meanwhile, the company has also released the poster of this upcoming phone. According to the poster, the phone will get Snapdragon 870 chipset with UFS 3.1 storage. The specialty of this upcoming smartphone of iQOO is that it will get a separate chipset for better display experience.

Seven 6.61-inch full HD + display of 1080×2400 pixel resolution can be given in the phone. This display is expected to come with a refresh rate of 120Hz. For selfies, a punch-hole will be found on the top of the phone’s display, in which a 16-megapixel selfie camera can be given.
According to the leak, the phone will get a triple rear camera setup for photography, in this, a primary camera with Sony IMX589 sensor with OIS support can be found. Apart from this, a 13-megapixel superwide lens and a 2-megapixel sensor can be given here. Speaking of OS, OriginOS based on Android 11 can be found in this phone.
To give power to the phone, a 4000mAh battery can be given in it, which will support 66 Watt fast charging. The phone can enter the market with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of internal storage. As far as the price is concerned, the company can keep its price around 1999 yuan.
