Samsung has rolled out the One UI 3.1 update based on Android 11 for the Galaxy M40, the flagship smartphone of its Galaxy M series. According to the changelog, in this update, the company is offering a redesigned user interface as well as better stock apps, a new version of the Samsung keyboard and parental control. Apart from this, all the special features of Android 11 are also being given in the update. The special thing of the update is that in this company is also offering Android Security Patch of March 2021.
The version number of the new update is M405FDDU2CUC and its size is 2 GB. The company is currently rolling out this update for Indian users only. If you use the Galaxy M40 smartphone, you can manually check it by going to the software update section given in the phone’s settings.

The phone has a 6.3-inch full HD + display with 1080×2340 pixel resolution. The aspect ratio of this display with a punch-hole design is 19.5: 9. This phone with up to 6 GB of RAM and up to 128 GB of internal storage has an octa-core Snapdragon 675 chipset as the processor.
