These are listed on BIS with model numbers SM-M426B / DS and SM-A426B / DS respectively. Now a latest report has revealed that the Galaxy M42 5G has been launched in India soon. In addition to the BIS certification, the Galaxy M42 5G was previously spotted on the Wi-Fi Alliance and Bluetooth SIG certification website a few days ago. Last year, the same handset received 3C and DEKRA certification. The 3C listing has revealed that the phone may have a 6000mAh battery. More details about the Galaxy M42 5G are not yet known.
Previous reports have revealed that the Galaxy M42 5G has 128 GB inbuilt storage. The handset is expected to have a 64 megapixel primary camera. Samsung may soon launch the Galaxy A42 5G smartphone in India. This device has already received BIS certification. The Galaxy A42 smartphone will be launched in September 2020 last year. The handset has a 6.6 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20: 9. The device has a Snapdragon 750 5G processor. The smartphone has 128 GB inbuilt storage with 4 GB RAM / 6 GB RAM / 8 GB RAM option.
Talk about the camera, the Galaxy A42 has a quad camera setup with 48 megapixel primary camera. The phone also has an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, 5-megapixel depth, and a 5-megapixel macro sensor. The Galaxy A42 5G has a 20-megapixel selfie camera for selfie and video calling. To give power to the phone, a 5000mAh battery is provided which supports 15 watts charging.
